Our Medical Case Managers perform on-site interviews, observe employees at work in their respective jobs and outline all physical requirements necessary to complete each task. In addition, ergonomic issues to be addressed are identified. We consult with vocational specialists and physicians to determine appropriate mechanical and environmental factors that influence an individual’s production, quality of work, and safety in the workplace.
